I sometimes get really bad neck and back pains due to sleeping in uncomfortable positions, I used this cream as directed and it really did relieve the pain! I've never used pain relief creams before but my mom has and she says they really help her.
So I told her to try some since she has very bad back pains and she also has knee problems, so she used some and she said it worked great! She used it a bit different then me, she rubbed some of the cream on her knee and then took a piece of plastic wrap and wrapped her knee. She's used pain creams before and her doctor told her to wrap the area with plastic wrap so she's taught me this technique.
I used the cream again on my wrist and wrapped it with the plastic and it worked great! This pain relief cream is great to have handy because you never know when you might need it!
