These cutting boards are very high quality, when I first ordered them I thought they were going to be a lot smaller and not as thick or as great of quality as they are, I absolutely love them! When I first got them the cutting boards didn't seem to have a sealant on them and that sort of worried me, but the seller contacted me and let me know that they do not use a sealant because their product is natural and they don't want to add any chemicals to the boards at all. So that made me very happy, however they advised me to rub coconut oil onto all of the boards before I use them and let it soak in and then when I wash them the boards will be smooth and no splinters. I have don't this step and they are very smooth, I'm guess the coconut oil acts as a natural sealant. Overall these boards are amazing quality and they are the best cutting boards I've ever used and I love them!
