When I first seen these I just knew I needed them in my life, my husband snore's really loud and I also think he has sleep apnea so I thought these would be great for the both of us since I do snore too and I also have trouble from time to time breathing out of my nose. The pack came with two snorepins so I gave one to my hubby and I kept the other, I was having trouble breathing through my nose when I first received them so I put one of them in my nose and immediately I started breathing through my nose! I was shocked that this little snorepin cleared my nose. These work so good for helping you breathe and for snoring!
Now one thing I wish was a bit different is the sizes, I'm not sure if they do offer different sizes of these snorepins or not, however it did fit in my nose but it was just a tad too big. But to be honest they work so good that it's not that big of a deal to me, but it might bother some people. But like I said I'm not 100% sure that this is the only size available, I will contact the company to find out this information and update as soon as I know.

I highly recommend the Snorepin to anyone who has trouble breathing through their nose or if you snore! This little device is life changing in my opinion!
